What is HYBRID UPS?
Rising energy costs and solar energy systems, which have become significantly cheaper in recent years, have directed users to hybrid systems.
Focusing on this need, Tescom continues to be your most reliable partner with domestically produced devices with over 30 years of experience in the field of power electronics.
The main feature of Hybrid UPS is that it can produce uninterrupted electricity in a controlled manner through solar energy, battery, grid or generator.
Hybrid UPS Advantages
- The new hybrid technology intelligently offers the most economical and ecological power option for loads.
- It is primarily powered by solar energy to amortize your investment.
- Thanks to the MPPT algorithm, maximum gain is achieved from the energy obtained from solar panels.
- Thanks to the battery bank, the clean energy produced is stored and the system continues to be energized in the event of a power outage.
- Intelligent control system provides real-time information service to users. Additionally, smart energy management is provided according to different climates and user types.
- Like a traditional on-line UPS, it provides full protection against all kinds of electrical problems without the need for any intervention.
- Thanks to the hybrid system, in cases where solar energy and battery are insufficient or the network is cut off, the emergency generator is automatically activated and uninterrupted power is provided to the user.
How Does Hybrid UPS Work?
The hybrid UPS system basically consists of a combination of converter, inverter and charge control units. This system has a completely electronic structure and is considered safe because it has no moving mechanical parts.
Thanks to the smart control algorithm, the energy drawn by the load is shared by the coordination of solar panels, battery and grid.
Solar panels are set as the primary energy source. The smart system transfers the maximum energy it can get from the panels to the loads.
In case solar energy is insufficient, the loads are supported by the grid and battery groups. Since solar energy is preferred as the primary energy source by the hybrid UPS, the system will pay for itself after a while and most of the consumption will be saved.
In addition to its hybrid feature, real-time remote monitoring can be done with a mobile device with internet connection, thanks to the smart control system.
